TNIGroup's project management services are provide on a monthly basis and include the following:

1. Project planning and kick-off

2. Conduct of all facilitation and diagnostic work sessions

3. Project tracking and weekly reporting

4. Vendor interface and negotiations (as needed)

5. Maintenance of all project documentation

6. Presentation of findings and recommendations to Management

Includes:

  1. 3 weeks a month on site (15 days by a Certified Helix Consultant)
    Conduct of Executive Work Sessions (up to 3)

  5. Conduct of all initial Facilitation Work sessions

Project Stewarding Program

The quality of a project's outcome is often determined by the collective competence of the project team.

When new tools and techniques are being deployed on a project, the team's collective competence is in its formative stages.

 To ensure that the project is successful and the team's competence grows it is imperative that an expert be available to steward the project through completion.

TNIGroup's project stewarding program provides the oversight needed to help an organization and its people to successfully pursue process improvement projects.

As project stewards, TNIGroup's staff assist in the planning and kick-off of the project.

They attend project work sessions and provide coaching to the project team on all aspects of Helix.
