Developing internal experts requires more than formal class room education. Expertise is developed over time based on "real-life" experiences.
The rate at which a person develops into an expert is somewhat dependent on the quality of coaching they receive from existing experts.
TNIGroup's mentoring program is designed to develop Helix expertise in a condensed time period. Michael Wood personally conducts each mentoring assignment.
During the mentoring program one or two of the organization's staff receive 5 days of personal coaching per month.
In addition, each of the work sessions they conduct is attended by Mr. Wood. After each work session, each participant in the program receives feedback an insights on their performance. Strengths and weaknesses are discussed and improvement action plans set in place.
A typical mentoring program takes about 3 months.
At the end of the program, management is provided with a formal assessment of the competency level obtained by the program's participants.
During the subsequent 6 months contact is maintained with each participant on a bi-weekly basis in order to continue the coaching process and ensure the participant's success.
$15,000 per group per month - Maximum to 5 candidates per group
$ 1,000 per candidate per month during 6 month follow-up period
