TNIGroup believes that the Helix Methodology is a professional discipline.

Helix has a formal Body of Knowledge that is continually evolving and improving.

To ensure that  organizations employing Helix have access to PROVEN Helix professionals TNIGroup offers a certification program.

 

There are three levels of certification that can be achieved within Helix:

1. Helix Analyst
2. Helix Facilitator
3. Helix Consultant

The Helix Analyst is certified to conduct post diagnostic work on the models developed during structured facilitation work sessions.

The Helix Facilitator is certified to conduct structured facilitation work sessions.

The Helix Consultant is certified in both facilitation and diagnostic techniques.

In addition they have demonstrated competence in all aspects of project planning and management related to conducting and implementing Helix projects.

The Helix Consultant is also certified to conduct Helix workshops.

The Certification Process Includes

1.   Workshops

2.   On-the-Job-Training

3.   Mentoring Program

4.   One on one shadowing

5.   Attendance at Candidate conducted workshop

6.   Formal testing
