DAY 1

  1. Meet with Executive Team to review strategic issues, business plans and objectives (2 to 4 hours)
  2. Identify two-mission critical Value-added Delivery systems to review.
  3. Make presentation to key staff on how to identify Breakthrough opportunities for improving Operational Results (1 to 2 hours).
  4. Meet with operational line staff to identify improvement opportunities (2 to 4 hours).

DAY 2

  1. Finish up with line staff if needed.
  2. Correlate data collected and develop a custom Opportunities Report (off site).

DAY 3

Explore with Management HOW TO implement the Operational Result Improvement Opportunities identified during the first two days (2 to 4 hours).
